Talking about mental health is not always easy. OK Today Talks helps you move from uncertainty to feeling more prepared to start the conversation. Through digital learning, reflection activities, and peer-to-peer dialogue, you build the knowledge and confidence to talk openly about mental health, challenge stigma, and foster connection in your community.

OK Today Talks is free to join, and you move through it on your own schedule. Start anytime, take breaks when you need to, and come back when you are ready.
Interactive themes
Follow four focused themes that build your confidence step by step: stigma, resilience, peer support, and collective change, so you can turn learning into real-world action.
Reflection activities
Reflect on prompts, respond to scenarios, and practice language you can use with friends, classmates, and family. You will leave with tools for everyday conversations.
Certification
Finish the experience and receive a certificate recognizing your completion of OK Today Talks. Use it to mark a milestone and share what you learned with others.
